Airport information
There are 2 airports that you can use to get here.
Puerto Plata which is the closest, only 20 minutes.
Santiago which is about 2 hours away. During high
season there can be a big difference in price
between the 2 airports and some times guest like to
save that difference and take the 2 hour ride to see
the country side. It is up to you which airport you
choose to use. The code for Puerto Plata is (pop)
and Santiago is (sti). Please feel free to contact
me and I will try to help with your airline
reservations. Make your reservation with
confidence.
All
inquiries and booking details will be treated with
the strictest confidentiality. We only use a secure
server and your statement will reflect a charge from
venture enterprise.

Refund Policy
*A minimum booking deposit
via credit card is required to hold your reservation!*
Deposit &
Refund Policy:
Once we confirm your dates are available,
a deposit of at least $500.00 us dollars will be expected in
advance, you'll need to arrange with us to make your
deposit by personal check or bank wire, or credit card in
order to secure your dates. The balance of your bill can
either be
charged to your credit card, bank wire, or personal check
mail to our office. The remaining balance must be paid prior
to arrival, you can also make arrangements with us to pay a
portion of your balance at our resort once you arrive.
No cash refunds -
In the
event of a cancellation or change of rental dates, the
following is the official policy of Venture Villa’s:
To be eligible for a refund, of any kind, a cancellation
request MUST be made prior to 30 days before arrival date.
If Venture Villa’s can rent the previously booked\cancelled
dates to another client, Venture Villa’s will issue a credit
for a future booking equal to 100% of the amount paid for
the original dates booked or a credit to your card for 75%
of the total amount. The credit for a future booking will be
valid for a period of 360 days or 1 years from the date of
the original booking. However, the official policy is that
no refunds or credits are available for holiday &
special booking dates. During holiday periods, credits may
be available if the villa is rented to another client. If
the villa is rented to another client during a holiday
period, a credit will be issued in the amount of 80% of the
amount paid for the original dates booked and this credit
shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of of
the original booking. In the event Venture Villa’s is
unable to rent the originally booked cancelled\changed dates
to another client, no refund or credit is available during
holiday periods and special booking dates, otherwise the
credit described above will be in effect.
