Airport information
There are 2 airports that you can use to get here.
Puerto Plata which is the closest, only 20 minutes.
Santiago which is about 2 hours away. During high
season there can be a big difference in price
between the 2 airports and some times guest like to
save that difference and take the 2 hour ride to see
the country side. It is up to you which airport you
choose to use. The code for Puerto Plata is (pop)
and Santiago is (sti). Please feel free to contact
me and I will try to help with your airline
reservations. Make your reservation with
confidence.
All
inquiries and booking details will be treated with
the strictest confidentiality. We only use a secure
server and your statement will reflect a charge from
venture enterprise.

Deposit and
Refund Policy
*A minimum booking deposit
via credit card is required to hold your reservation!*
Deposit
are non-refundable. Deposit can be applied to a future
vacation if cancellation is received 30 days prior to
arrival. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required on
vacation home rentals. In some cases a great amount will be
required, for example: if you are renting a property for a
long period, you may have to pay a deposit of $1000.
The balance of
your bill can either be charged to your credit card, sent by
bank wire, or personal check mailed in to our office, or by
direct deposit to our business account at any Bank of
America location, we also accept paypal. The remaining
balance must be paid prior to arrival. In some cases,
you can make arrangements with us to pay a portion of your
balance at our resort once you arrive.
To be eligible
for a refund, of any kind, a cancellation request MUST be
made prior to 30 days before arrival date.
If you have
canceled 30 days or more in advance, you will receive
back 100% of the total amount (except you will not receive
the deposit back, deposit are non refundable, they can only
be applied to a future vacation date.). If your
cancellation is only 29 days in advance, the deposit will
not be refunded, it can be applied to a future vacation,
good for one year after the original canceled date, the
balance will also not be refunded and 75% can be applied to
a future vacation date. If you cancel only 14 days or less
before your vacation, you will loose the full amount of the
vacation. However if the circumstance are unavoidable and
can be proven, ie car accident resport, etc, then we
will apply 50% to a future vacation date.
I have read understand and accept the deposit and refund policy
terms & conditions stated above. I understand that deposits
are non-refundable. By sending my credit card
information and drivers licence information, I am accepting
the terms and conditions of Venture Villas reservation and
refund policies.
